refund & exchange policy

This policy is only applicable on items that may come damaged or if an incorrect product has come instead. 

  • To avail the service of exchange and refund, you need to communicate with the brand within 24hrs of product receiving . We will coordinate with the packaging team regarding the issue. The team will decide if the issue is genuine i.e. could happen in transit, or a result of mishandling.
  • The delivery cost is non-refundable in any case. 
  • EXCHANGES/REFUNDS are not possible if an item is bought on any kind of sale!
  • Concerns reported after 24hrs of receiving, won’t be entertained.
  1. Damaged or wrong product received.

Contact us on any of the below mentioned media, with the receipt of your order as well as a picture of the item (clearly showing the damage).

  • Replacement would be provided (free of cost of course) within the default delivery span.
  • Incase the article is stock out, you have two options:
    • Refund, that will be made within 72 working hours.
    • Exchange with a product of equal or more value.
  • Cities other than Karachi will have to send their product back to us for exchange.
  1. EXCHANGE required by the customer because of any reason.

Customer needs to ship back the product to us (Bearing the shipping cost) and can place another order of equal or more value. Shipping details will apply on the same terms.
